Senior Pastor
David Hardin grew up in Huntington WV. He was blessed to be raised in a Christian home, and accepted Christ as savior at the age of 8. Growing up David loved being involved in Boy Scouts, eventually earning his Eagle Scout Badge. He was also involved in Band, particularly playing Baritone Sax in Jazz bands. Church activities also remained an important part of his life.
David attended college at West Virginia Wesleyan College. While there he earned a B.A. in Political Science and Religion. Originally he planned to attend law school then pursue work in the political world. Instead he followed God’s call to seminary and earned an M.A. in Christian Ethics from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. in 2014 he completed his studies by earning a D.Min in Congregational Leadership from Northern Seminary. David has been serving in pastoral ministry since 2006, and has pastored churches in MI and OH before coming to FBC Bethlehem in 2016.
David has been married to the love of his life Jeni since 2006, and they have three young children. He is still passionate about scouting, loves cooking with Jeni, and is obsessed with the Cincinnati Reds.
